THE HOUSE
This charming 35-square-meter stone house, built in the late 1800s, offers a cool and inviting space, perfect for a couple or a small group of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests.
The house is part of our family’s organic farm, where we cultivate a variety of crops including extra virgin olive oil, almonds, grains, legumes, vegetables, and seasonal fruits.
During your stay, you’ll have the unique opportunity to explore our beautiful property. Take a tour of the farm, where you can admire our ancient trees and diverse crops.
If you visit between June and September, you’re welcome to taste the fruits directly from the orchard. Additionally, you can discover our on-site beekeeping operations and enjoy the delicious honey produced by our very own bees.
To make your stay even more special, we offer a hands-on culinary experience where you can learn to make traditional Apulian pasta like orecchiette and fricelli.
A local culinary expert will guide you through the ingredients, tools, and hand movements needed to create these iconic pasta shapes.

The house is located in Santeramo in Colle, a strategic spot in Puglia, making it the perfect base for exploring some of the region’s most famous tourist destinations.
You’ll be at the center of many must-visit towns, including Matera, Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni, and Bari.
Each of these towns is rich in history, culture, and unique experiences, offering you endless opportunities for day trips and adventures.
Santeramo in Colle itself is renowned for its exceptional food, particularly its butchers, where you can select your cut of meat at the counter and have it grilled before your eyes over olive wood, including the prized horse meat.
But don’t worry, vegetarians! The town also offers delicious artisanal gelato, mouthwatering fried panzerotti, and plenty of fresh, local produce that will satisfy any plant-based palate. Whether you’re a carnivore or a veggie lover, Santeramo is a true culinary delight for everyone, With tips from a local! 🙂
