Hi, I’m Petru!
Farmer, host, and storyteller.
I live in the heart of Puglia, surrounded by olive trees, almond orchards, vegetable gardens, and the warm southern sun.
I grow food the slow way, the honest way, with no pesticides, no shortcuts, just nature and time.
🌱 A Life Rooted in the Land
My farm it may not look fancy, but everything here is real, and made with care.
It’s where I wake up, work the soil, cook with what I grow, and share what I believe in: a simple, healthy, and beautiful way of living.
I take care of my land, and it takes care of me. Everything I offer, from almonds to flour, jams, olive oil, and even essential oils comes directly from what I cultivate here with respect and patience.
📖 Why I Wrote My Travel Guides
Puglia isn’t just beautiful, it’s soulful.
I wanted to show people the real side of it: the small villages, the honest food, the slow rhythm.
So I created guides not just to travel, but to feel the land.
Each book is made with care, based on real places, real experiences, and a desire to help you see Puglia like a local, like me.
🐓 Why I Welcome You to My Farm
When you visit me, you’re not a tourist, you’re a guest.
We’ll walk through the olive groves and almond trees, pick seasonal fruits right from the branches, and sit down to taste what this land gives us:
homemade food, traditional pasta, natural wine, fresh cheese from the nearby masseria.
And of course, my mother will teach you how to make orecchiette by hand.
That’s part of the experience, it’s not just a meal, it’s a memory.
